1988 - Founded as Media Software in Vienna
1991 - Conversion to a Limited Company (GmbH)
1992 - easyPLAN is well received on the market
1993 - easyJOB becomes strongest program in revenue
1996 - easyMEDIA is introduced
2000 - Founding of Media Software Deutschland AG and takeover of competitor CBO
2002 - Start of development for the browser-based easyJOB on the basis of the .NET Framework
2004 - easyJOB is a technological leader in the segment of agency software
2005 - Acquisition of competitor myQ Agency, name change, to "Because Software"
2007 - easyJOB is the "favourite among the independent agencies", in use at
10 of the TOP 40 (w&v ranking), including the two first place winners
2008 - 20th anniversary

2009 - Release of easyJOB 4 with a complete redesign and a new technical basis (ASP.NET 2.0)
Because Software has over 450 satisfied customers with more than 7,000 active users
