Good news for the cost-conscious agencies. Because software equips its well-known agency system easyJOB with a new tool for cost accounting. Those not satisfied with the approximate calculation of contribution margins may now calculate them more precisely. With the help of cost accounting and individually calculated procedures, the actual staff costs per project are exactly determined. Both directly attributable costs and overheads are added to employee hours in the form of allocation sets. By using post evaluation it is possible to determine the actual cost to the nearest cent, even on completed projects. This system provides controllers and managers with post evaluation that not only works very precisely but also in near-real time.
