"Draftfcb Germany operates Apple and Windows computers in its subsidiaries. We have used easyJOB since 1998 and easyMEDIA since 1999. Through interface development by Because Software the integration into our workflow went hand in hand with the introduction of a new financial accounting system. The decision for this integrated solution, was one that we would - at least in terms of programs Because Software develops - make again. Compared with our previous job management this software has proven to be much more flexible. We benefit especially from easyJOB´s capability of pre-acquisition of supplier invoices. In addition, easyJOB helped us in the reintroduction of time recording and a strict order management including follow-up. We are generally very satisfied with this software, the more so as our workflow did not have to change significantly. We benefit most from the program´s flexibility, especially in complex customer contract conditions, and from its detailed reporting capabilities with its own report designer. Another positive worth mentioning is the performance of the database. Because Software is characterised by good support and proactive product development. The costs paid off for us after two years, also due to an improved cost overview. I would recommend easyJOB to colleagues in any case."
